1. General Policy

Due to the high value and collectible nature of our coins, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases of verified errors on our part.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We may accept a return only under the following conditions:

The item received is significantly different from the description.

The wrong item was shipped.

The item was damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

3. Return Process

If you believe you qualify for a return, you must:

Contact us at info@viceroycoins.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging for review.

Return the item in its original condition and packaging, fully insured at your expense.

4. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud:

All items are photographed, recorded, and security-marked before shipment.

Serial numbers, weight, and other identifying features are documented.

Any attempt to return a different item or alter an item will be reported to authorities.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

6. No Buyer’s Remorse Returns

Due to the nature of rare coins and precious metals, we do not accept returns based on market fluctuations or change of mind.
